Laws are too complex, so we try to be very simple!

When reading legislation,

SB = Senate Bill
HB = House Bill
BLUE CAPITALS are being added into existing legislation
~~red strikethrough~~ is being removed from existing legislation
Sections are styled as: 15-258. State seal of personal finance proficiency program; requirements; diploma; program termination
BASICALLY sections are “plain English” explanations—not actual law
